When I got furloughed from my full time job in 2020, I was starting to reflect on my life and Job, The job I am doing is demanding both physically and mentally, so when I joined Instagram I seen one of Jaynes post and I thought those are pretty flowers not realising they were cakes, until I took a second look . I have always enjoyed baking and thought I can do that, so my journey began in August 2020, I got permission to bake from home from my housing Association, registered with the local Authority, passed all relevant NVQ 2 & 3 in food safety etc got my hygiene rating in February 2021 purchased Jaynes tutorials and now I have a business which I can’t thank Jayne enough i love it I’m still working as my business gets established but only part time now but it’s never to late to follow dreams I’m 58 . I love the reactions when someone receives one of my Bouquets …
